We all know someone who suffers in silence, we all know that someone,
sometimes we are that someone.
We sense their suffering, we sense their pain, but we don’t do anything about it,
we go on with our lives, we smile, we talk about nothing, we are friends,
but we don’t try to understand each other’s stories.
Let’s change that, when you see this person again, ask them what’s wrong,
ask them how you can help, and if you can’t then just listen.
More often than not we listen to the words,
but we don’t focus on the meaning behind them.
You’ll help someone today, and maybe someday when you are at your lowest,
someone else will do the same for you.
